We are heart-broken that this performance is unable to continue, especially at a time when the world is looking for relief, however the health and safety of everyone is of course our number one priority.
The financial impact of cancelled performances for the live theatre industry will be significant, and will threaten the future of live theatre in New Zealand and elsewhere around the world. If you're in a position to do so please consider donating the value of your ticket/s rather than requesting a refund.
All ticket holders are eligable for a refund. Here are the official refund steps that will be followed by Ticket Rocket:
If you have purchased your tickets online or through the Ticket Rocket Call Centre, you will automatically receive a full refund within 60 business days. Please note that there is no need for you to contact Ticket Rocket.
If you have purchased your tickets from a venue or outlet, you will need to email email@example.com with the following details:
- The name you used to purchase your ticket
- The event you have purchased the ticket for
- Your account name and number for a manual bank transfer to be processed back to. This must be a NZ account and not a credit card number.
Your refund will be received within 60 business days.
We appreciate your patience while we work through the large number of refunds.
