If you have tickets to an event that has been postponed, your tickets will be valid for the new date. Should the new date not work for you, a refund is available.
If you currently have tickets for an event that has been, confirmed as cancelled, please see the following refund process.
If you have purchased your tickets via the Ticket Rocket website or 0800 number, you will be receiving an email with specific information about the event that you hold tickets for. We expect all of the emails to be sent by mid/late May.
Should you have purchased your tickets via an outlet or venue, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your ticket details, including event and venue.
